Return and Refund Policies

 

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

All returns are at the customer's expense, except for defective products or shipping errors. The customer is responsible for packaging and arranging the return shipment.

Products must be returned in the original condition as received.

 

 

How to Make a Return?

To make a return, you can use the shipping method of your choice.

After the return shipment has been sent, please kindly inform us at the email address info@geniusport.com, specifying the order number being returned in the subject.

 





Refund Conditions

 

Partial product cost refund – In cases such as purchasing the wrong size or a change of mind by the customer, etc.

Total product cost + shipping refund – In case of logistics errors, such as receiving a different size than ordered, and in the case of defective products. Kindly inform us of any errors or defects at the email address info@geniusport.com, specifying the order number in the subject and attaching photos.

No refund – If the returned product shows signs of use by the customer (e.g., worn soles), we cannot authorize a refund. All products must be returned in the condition they were received. Additionally, no refund will be authorized if the return shipment is made after the 14 days stipulated in the return policies, which will not be accepted by us and will be returned to the sender.
